ANCOM 2027 Registration Terms and Conditions
By submitting an online registration for the Annual Communication of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines (“ANCOM 2027”), the registrant acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Accuracy and Finality of Submitted Information
All information submitted during the registration process shall be considered final. Registrants are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and truthfulness of all information, photographs, and supporting details before submitting their registration. Once a registration has been submitted, no edits, corrections, substitutions, or changes shall be permitted, except when expressly authorized by the ANCOM 2027 Committee under exceptional circumstances. - Online Payment Requirement
Full online payment is required at the time of registration to secure participation in ANCOM 2027. A registration shall only be considered complete, confirmed, and valid upon the successful processing and verification of payment. The submission of a registration form without successful payment does not guarantee or reserve a slot. - No Refunds, No Returns, or Transfers
- No Refunds: All registration fees and payments are final and non-refundable, except when otherwise expressly determined by the ANCOM 2027 Committee.
- No Returns: Registration does not involve the sale or shipment of returnable merchandise. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not applicable.
- Non-Transferrable: Registrations are personal and strictly non-transferable. A registration may not be assigned, transferred, sold, or given to another person. Only the individual whose name and information appear in the approved registration shall be permitted to attend ANCOM 2027 and claim the corresponding identification cards, credentials, kits, materials, or other registration inclusions.
- Distribution of Registration Materials
No physical items shall be shipped or delivered as part of the registration process. Official event identification cards, credentials, giveaways, and other applicable materials shall be distributed onsite during ANCOM 2027 or at another venue and schedule officially designated by the Organizing Committee. Any early release or advance distribution of registration materials shall be subject to the sole discretion, approval, and announced procedures of the Committee. - Verification of Registration Information
The ANCOM 2027 Committee reserves the right to review and verify all submitted registrations, including the authenticity, accuracy, and appropriateness of the information, photographs, and supporting details provided. Registrants may be required to present valid identification, lodge credentials, supporting documents, or other proof necessary to confirm their identity and eligibility. The submission of incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, falsified, inappropriate, or fraudulent information may result in the immediate rejection or cancellation of the registration without refund. - Truthfulness, Integrity, and Proper Demeanor
Registration for the Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines is a formal and serious undertaking. Freemasons across all jurisdictions are expected to uphold the principles of truth, integrity, respect, and proper decorum. Any act of misrepresentation, falsification, dishonesty, or deliberate submission of untruthful information shall be treated with utmost gravity. All registrants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the dignity, values, and traditions of the Craft throughout the registration process and during the event. - Inappropriate Photographs or Content
Submitted photographs must clearly and accurately represent the registrant and must comply with the official photograph requirements prescribed by the Committee. Photographs, names, statements, or other submitted content that are false, altered for deceptive purposes, offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with the dignity of the event may result in the rejection or cancellation of the registration without refund. - Grounds for Cancellation
The Committee may reject, suspend, or cancel a registration for any of the following reasons:- Submission of false, inaccurate, misleading, or falsified information;
- Use of another person’s identity, photograph, credentials, or registration details;
- Submission of inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent content;
- Failure to complete or verify payment;
- Failure to provide requested supporting documents;
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
- Conduct inconsistent with the standards of respect, integrity, and decorum expected of ANCOM participants; or any other act determined by the Committee to compromise the security, integrity, or orderly administration of the event.
The Committee may also take any further appropriate action permitted under applicable rules, regulations, edicts, or laws.
- Consequences of Cancellation
When a registration is rejected or cancelled due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions:- Entry Prohibited
The registrant shall not be permitted to enter the event venue, participate in official ANCOM 2027 activities, or claim any registration materials, credentials, or benefits. - Registration ID Invalidated
Any registration number, confirmation, QR code, identification card, pass, or credential issued in connection with the registration shall be immediately rendered invalid. - Forfeiture of Fees
All registration fees and other payments made in connection with the cancelled registration shall be forfeited and shall not be refunded. - 3rd party refund after the event
The Committee may also take any further appropriate action permitted under applicable rules, regulations, edicts, or laws. - Further Action
The matter may be referred to the appropriate lodge, district, jurisdiction, committee, authority, or governing body for further review and appropriate action.
- Entry Prohibited
- Compliance with Event Policies
Registrants must comply with all official ANCOM 2027 rules, security procedures, identification requirements, venue regulations, schedules, and instructions issued by the Committee or authorized event personnel. Failure to comply may result in the denial of entry, removal from the venue, cancellation of registration, or other appropriate action without refund. - Changes to Event Arrangements
The Committee reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, programs, procedures, registration requirements, distribution arrangements, and other event-related details when reasonably necessary. Official updates and announcements shall be published through the authorized ANCOM 2027 communication channels. - Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By completing and submitting the registration form and making the required payment, the registrant confirms that:- All submitted information is complete, accurate, and truthful;
- The registrant has reviewed and understood these Terms and Conditions;
- The registrant voluntarily agrees to comply with all applicable registration and event requirements; and
- The registrant accepts the consequences arising from any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

- Giveaways and Early Registration Benefits
Registrants who successfully complete their registration and payment on or before 12:00 midnight of December 1, 2026, Philippine Standard Time, shall be eligible to receive the designated early registration giveaways. The early registration deadline shall be strictly enforced. No extensions, exceptions, appeals, or special accommodations shall be granted to registrations completed after the stated deadline, regardless of the reason for the delay. All successfully registered participants may still receive the general ANCOM 2027 giveaways, regardless of their registration date. However, all early registration and general giveaways are subject to availability and shall be distributed only while supplies last. Giveaways have no cash value, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. The Committee reserves the right to substitute any giveaway with another item of comparable value when necessary due to availability, production, or other circumstances beyond its control. - Eligibility to Register
Registration for ANCOM 2027 shall be limited exclusively to Master Masons who are:- Duly recognized members of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines; or
- Members of foreign Grand Lodges officially recognized by and maintaining amity relations with the Grand Lodge of the Philippines.

- To be eligible, a registrant must be an active member in good standing with his Lodge and Grand Lodge at the time of registration and throughout the event. The registrant must not be suspended, expelled, unaffiliated, under unresolved disciplinary sanction, or otherwise prohibited from participating under applicable Masonic laws, edicts, regulations, or official directives.
- All registrations shall be subject to verification by the ANCOM 2027 Committee. Registrants may be required to provide additional credentials, certifications, or supporting documents to establish their identity, membership, good-standing status, and eligibility.
- The Committee reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any registration if the registrant is found to be ineligible or if the information submitted cannot be verified. Any false declaration, misrepresentation, use of another person’s credentials, or concealment of material information shall constitute grounds for cancellation without refund and may be referred to the appropriate Masonic authority for further action.
- Registration Information and Requirements
Before beginning the online registration process, registrants should prepare the following information and materials:- Complete legal name;
- Mobile Number;
- Valid and active email address;
- Lodge name and lodge number;
- Masonic salutation, rank, or title, when applicable;
- A recent and appropriate identification photograph, or access to a device camera for photograph capture;
- Payment methods:
Accepted payment methods may include:- Credit Card;
- Debit Card;
- GCash;
- Maya; and
- Participating banks or other payment channels made available through the official registration portal.
All personal information submitted shall be collected, processed, stored, and protected in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission, and the website’s Privacy Policy. Payment information shall be processed through the authorized payment gateway. The Committee and the registration website shall not intentionally store complete credit card or debit card numbers, card verification values, personal identification numbers, online banking passwords, one-time passwords, or other confidential payment credentials. Registrants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, photographs, membership details, and payment information are accurate, current, complete, and lawfully provided. Failure to submit the required information or complete payment may result in the registration remaining incomplete, pending verification, or being rejected.
